Service Description. This Site describes provided by True Reality Development Corporation. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

No Warranties. True Reality Development Corporation disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Reality Development Corporation's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid True Reality Development Corporation in the 12 months preceding the claim.
